Chef Ashley Lujares is a Boston based Filipina American chef of Mango Tao, a pop-up, culinary experience that celebrates modern Filipino food and Southeast Asian flavors with rotating menus, collaberations with local restaurants, and immersive events. A Food Network's Chopped champion and former executive chef of Myers + Chang. She combines her cultural heritage with contemporary culinary techniques to craft vibrant, nostalgic, and inventive dishes rooted in Filipino tradition.

The annual Iskwelahang Pilipino Tiangge welcomes Filipino and Fil-Am owned small businesses to participate in a community market. You'll find crafts, snacks, gifts and more while also enjoying live entertainment from the IP Rondalla Ensemble and IP Dance Students.

Fiske Elementary at 55 Adams Street in Lexington, MA from 10AM to 4PM.
