    Marissa Ferola of Nine Winters Bakery hosted a personal dining experience featuring Filipino American dishes inspired by Filipino culture and shaped by an American upbringing.

    Chef Peter Nguyen of Lê Madeline hosted Mango Tao and spotlighted Be Jolli Filipino fried chicken, inspired by the iconic Jollibee and it sold out, showing just how much Boston has been craving it.

    Chef Laurence Louie hosted Mango Tao’s first Kamayan, an immersive experience showcasing a luxurious interpretation of the traditional Filipino feast. The menu featured duck inasal, short rib dinuguan, crispy pata, roasted tuna collar, and a spicy tsokolate tart.

    After the success of Be Jolli, fried chicken made a comeback in collaboration with Chef Peter Nguyen of Le Madeline, blending Vietnamese and Filipino comfort food traditions.

    Brought the pulutan energy at Chompon “Boong” Boonak’s, Merai. Thai dive bar. Filipino style bar bites made for sharing, snaking with friends over great drinks! Merai is known for their creative cocktails. Doing a pulutan collab just makes sense!

    Eastern Standard hosted the final Mango Tao pop-up of the year, showcasing a bold menu that included pork tocino with pig’s ear salad, okoy shrimp toast, crab sinantol bites, longanisa egg noodles, chicken pyanggang, and tiramisuman.

    Chef Ashley took part in the annual Girl Scouts of Eastern Massachusetts Cookies & Cocktails event, raising $95,000 to support regional programs focused on empowering girls and developing future leaders. Mango Tao’s calamansi tart stood out, winning Judge’s Favorite recognition.

The annual Iskwelahang Pilipino Tiangge welcomes Filipino and Fil-Am owned small businesses to participate in a community market. You'll find crafts, snacks, gifts and more while also enjoying live entertainment from the IP Rondalla Ensemble and IP Dance Students.

The event will take place at
Fiske Elementary at 55 Adams Street in Lexington, MA from 10AM to 4PM.
We hope to see many of you there selling and shopping.
